hi all this is (possibly [i cant remember lol]) my first concept class idea and i think it is pretty good

The Legionary

a melee mace/flail/morning star dual weilder. typical armour should be scale armour type with 80 AL (or maybe lower). the use of weapons could be instead of sets of weapons get them seperate . they have a low attack speed but good damage (the attack speed around half way between axe and hammer swing rate and the dmg possinly around 18-30 although it could be changed). i came up with this idea while looking through wiki and i was looking for a nice kind of weapon and i noticed these hadn't been used yet.

the attributes (possibly)

blunt mastery:
like every other mastery inscreases chance for critical hit and lets you use better blunt weapons.
legend forging:
for each level you get a 1% chance to hite with BOTH of your maces at the same time.{this is the class attribute}
rage:
increases duration and speed of any skills that increase attack speed.
parry:
increases duration and chance for evade (or block or whatever :P) for skills that increase your evade/block/whatever rate.

examples of skills:
1 elite and 1 normal skill for each attribute

BLUNT MASTERY:
Legendary Swipe {elite}: you deal +5-15 damage and inflict a deep wound on target for 5-14 seconds. this skill causes you to lose 9-3 energy when used. 5 energy cost 10 recharge.
Winners sweep: you deal 4-10 damage to target. if blocked target is kcocked down. 10 energy cost 5 recharge

Legend Forging

''Take a chance'' {elite}: for 10 seconds you have an extra 10-15% chance to hit with both maces. if an attack misses or is blocked you are knocked down. 15 energy 20 recharge.
Signet of chance: for 10 seconds you have an extra 1-5% chance to hit with both maces. if these attacks miss you are knocked down. 0 energy cost 30 recharge 4 casting time.

Rage:
Legends Glory {elite}: for 15-25 seconds you attack 50% faster but every time you hit you suffer from either deep wound, bleeding or are knocked down. 10 energy 30 recharge 5 cast time
Champions speed: for 5-10 seconds you attack 33% faster. this stance ends if you use a skill. 5 energy 10 recharge 2 cast time
Parry
War tactics {elite}: for 5-10 seconds whenever you are attacked it is blocked or evaded. when this ends you lose all energy. 15 energy cost 20 recharge 2 cast time.
Raging Stability: for 10-20 seconds you cannot be knocked down and you have a 25% chance to block attacks. if you are hit this stance ends. 5 energy 10 recharge.

i also think typical energy without armour on is 15, energy regen is 3 energy with normal armour on 30.

this is my idea i would enjoy any feedback, compliments or ideas or for making this a more balanced character.
